What if a hirer refuses to take the return photos?: The bond stays held. You take the photos instead and a reviewer assesses them; the hirer's account is flagged.
Who insures the machine while it's out?: [YOUR INSURANCE POSITION]. State clearly what BorrowHub covers, what the bond covers and what remains with the owner's own policy.
Can I block dates for my own use or servicing?: Yes. Block any range from your calendar, and set a service interval so the calendar blocks itself when a service falls due.
